The Silicone hose has many advantages such as ageing resistant performance, high temperature resistant performance, high vibration resistant performance & excellent electrical resistant etc. The suitable operating temperature ranges from -40°C ~ 300°C, the working pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.9Mpa, the burst strength is 1.9Mpa. Special pipes of various shapes with caliber ranging from10~152 are available by varying the production techniques. The product is widely used in aviation industry, automobile industry and mechanical industry etc. Fluorosilicone linings are available for oil or fuel conveying applications linings are the cost effective alternative to total fluorosilicone hose. High performance silicone turbocharge and CAC hose for truck, bus and rail engines is reinforced with Nomex to provide ideal solutions for high pressure and temperature resistance. Fluorosilicone linings are available for oil or fuel conveying applications. Linings are the cost effective alternative to total fluorosilicone hose.

About Silicone Hose

Silicone Hose construction is with smooth wipe down finish. Temperature range of this hoses is -40°C to 300°C. The working pressure is 0.3~0.9Mpa, the burst strength is 1.9Mpa. Thickness range: 2mm to 7mm with 1 to 5/6 mesh Polyester or Aramid & Glass fabric layers to enable high temperature and pressure than original rubber hose do. It is excellent resistance to UV, water, ozone and oxygen.
